5. The HHP Scorecard — Specific Notice

The High Human Performance (HHP) Scorecard is a lead generation and assessment tool. When you complete the Scorecard:

  • You provide personal data including your name, email address, and assessment responses.
  • Your results are processed and delivered to you by email via Scoreapp.
  • If you opt in, we will follow up with coaching-related content and information about THPG services.
  • Your assessment responses are stored by ScoreApp (see Section 7) and may be used to personalise our follow-up communications.

 

Consent to receive follow-up emails is captured separately from submitting the Scorecard. You are not required to opt in to marketing communications to receive your results. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. This section explains what cookies we use, why, which third parties set them, how long they are stored, and how you can manage your preferences. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data for third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred to countries without an EU adequacy decision, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • Adequacy decisions where applicable
  • Data processing agreements with processors that include GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms

9. How Long We Keep Your Data

There is no charge for most requests. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to respond, and we will explain why.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Data processing agreements with all third-party processors

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens within 72 hours, and we will notify you directly where required.

While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure. Use of our Services is at your own risk.

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child under 16 has submitted personal data through our Services, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete that data.
